"NyanScroller" is a multi-functional Chrome extension designed to make watching YouTube Shorts and regular videos more comfortable and improve access to useful information. 🚀 Key Features 1. Enhanced Operability for Shorts Videos It compensates for the shortcomings of YouTube Shorts, providing a more comfortable viewing environment. ⏩ Added Skip Function (Arrow Key Support) You can rewind and fast-forward the video in small increments using a customizable number of seconds. ← (Left Arrow Key): Rewind → (Right Arrow Key): Fast-forward ▶️ Automatic Scroll at Video End When a Short video finishes playing, it automatically scrolls to the next one. Comment Input Lock Feature: Automatic scrolling is temporarily paused when the comment input field or similar area is focused. 📅 Display of Published Date and View Count A badge is displayed on the player showing when the video was published (publishedAt) and the current view count (viewCount). 👎 Re-display of Dislike Count Re-displays the dislike count using an external API (returnyoutubedislikeapi.com). 💬 Automatic Comment Expansion When you open a Short video, the comment section is automatically expanded (can be toggled ON/OFF in settings). 2. Convenient Action Buttons and Settings Provides useful shortcut functions in the extension's popup and on the video playback screen. Customizable Shortcut Keys 🎬 Open in Regular Video Player Opens the currently watched Short video in a full-sized regular video page.
