Using the extension is relatively straightforward : 1. Install the extension 2. Navigate to an amazon product page and you will see an "Extract reviews" button floating on the bottom right of your browser window 3. Clicking "Extract reviews" will redirect you to the amazon reviews page, after the page loads it will extract the first 10 reviews 4. Scroll to the bottom and click "next page" which loads the next set of reviews, which are automatically collected. Keep hitting next page until you extract all that Amazon (or you) will allow 5. Open the extension and click "Check for analysis" which submits it to our service. This part of the process could take 30 seconds or a few minutes. We welcome feedback! New features, additions and improvements are planned such as browser notification. The extension will submit all the reviews that Amazon allows for analysis. Note that Amazon has made stringent efforts recently to hinder and deter automated review analysis, which makes a chrome extension the perfect way to extract and analyze product reviews.
