Recurring reminders with custom intervals, jitter, and sound.

Nudge is a simple Chrome extension for recurring personal reminders. Set a reminder once and Chrome will nudge you on a loop — every 30 minutes to stretch, every hour to drink water, every 20 minutes to look away from the screen. As many reminders as you want, each running independently. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • Jitter. A 30-minute reminder with ±5 jitter fires between 25 and 35 minutes — slightly different every time, so your brain doesn't learn the pattern and tune it out. This is the feature most reminder apps are missing. • Custom intervals in minutes. Type any number, including fractions. 0.5 for 30 seconds, 60 for hourly, 90 for an hour and a half. • Sound toggle per reminder. Keep the ding for the important ones, silence the gentle ones. • Pause without deleting. Toggle any reminder off when you're in a meeting, back on when you're done. • Survives restarts. Reminders are restored automatically when Chrome relaunches or the service worker wakes up. PRIVACY Nudge has no server, no analytics, no accounts, no tracking. Reminder settings are stored locally using Chrome's built-in storage APIs. Nothing is transmitted anywhere. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the Nudge icon in your toolbar. 2. Add a reminder — give it a label, an interval in minutes, and optional jitter. 3. Chrome shows a system notification every time the reminder fires.
