Overview

Sorts school email in Gmail: highlights the few emails that need you and saves the deadlines.

School emails arrive all week. Permission slips, assignments and changes to pickup times can get buried between updates. Nudge helps you find what needs a response and keep the deadline in view. HOW IT WORKS Open Gmail in Chrome on your computer and press the scan button. Nudge reads the messages displayed in your inbox, highlights possible actions and saves them in a panel beside your email. Open a message to inspect the details and check the original source. • Keep actions and deadlines in one list. • Review uncertain or missing dates and correct them yourself. • Mark tasks complete, snooze reminders or open the original email. • Export a deadline to Google Calendar or download an .ics file. • Choose parent or student mode in Settings. REMINDERS Nudge uses Chrome notifications. It does not send SMS messages. Chrome must be available for its reminder checks to run. YOUR EMAIL AND PRIVACY Nudge reads the Gmail page you have open; it does not request Gmail API access. When you sign in and use cloud sorting, the displayed email text is sent through Nudge’s service to Anthropic for processing. Local matching is available without signing in, and Chrome’s on-device model can be used where supported. Saved deadlines and settings stay in your browser’s local storage. See the privacy policy for details. FREE AND PLUS You can use local sorting without an account. Signed-in Free includes 25 Claude sorts per month. Plus includes 150 Claude sorts and 100 Ask questions per month, for $8/month ($4 for the first month) or $72/year. Ask answers questions about the emails on screen and your saved deadlines. Manage or cancel your subscription through Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. PLEASE KNOW Nudge is a second pair of eyes. It can miss an action or get a date wrong, so check important deadlines against the original email. It has not yet been evaluated across multiple schools. Requires desktop or laptop Chrome with Gmail. It does not run in the Gmail mobile app. An account is optional; you must be 13 or older to create one. Built by a high-school student who kept seeing school deadlines get lost in the inbox.
