Overview

Auto-fill NUB ERP marks from Google Sheets or Excel with validation, error detection, and PDF reports.

Auto-fill NUB ERP marks from Google Sheets or Excel — with validation, error detection, and a downloadable PDF report. Detailed description NUB Automated Marks Entry saves faculty hours of manual data entry on the NUB ERP "Marks Entry" page. How it works Open your Google Sheet (or have your Excel file ready) and the NUB ERP Marks Entry page, side by side. Click the extension icon. Choose Option 1 (Google Sheet — pick an open tab) or Option 2 (upload an Excel file). Click "Fill Marks Now." All Student IDs are matched and the Class Attendance, Continuous Assessment, Mid Term, and Final fields are filled automatically. Built-in validation Flags marks that exceed the maximum (Attendance 10, Continuous Assessment 20, Mid Term 30, Final 40) Detects Student IDs present in the ERP but missing from your sheet, and vice versa Recognizes special codes: -7 / A (Absent), -5 (Reported), and blank cells Flags students who failed (total below 40) Flags students near a grade boundary for manual review Generates a full report — viewable on-page and downloadable as a PDF Privacy This extension does not use any server. All reading, validation, and filling happens locally in your browser. Your Google Sheet is read using your own logged-in session — nothing is uploaded anywhere. See the included Privacy Policy for full details. Required column format (both Google Sheet and Excel) Column A: Student ID Column B: Student Name (optional) Column C: Class Attendance (max 10) Column D: Continuous Assessment (max 20) Column E: Mid Term (max 30) Column F: Final (max 40) Row 1 = any header. Data starts from Row 2. Built for NUB faculty by Mahadi.
