Adds a BandCamp download link to tracks in NTS playlists, where possible

Adds a link to corresponding Bandcamp page for tracks in NTS (nts.live) playlists. The links appear as bandcamp logos next to songs which have bandcamp uploads. The bandcamp match is approximate, so verify that the tune is the one you want before buying it.
