NTS to Playlist

Adds your NTS My Tracks to a Spotify playlist once a day. Not affiliated with NTS Radio or Spotify.

NTS to Playlist is an extension that copies the tracks you save on NTS Radio ("My Tracks") into a Spotify playlist of your choice, once a day, from your own browser. No server and no account with us. HOW IT WORKS • Once a day while Chrome is open, it reads your My Tracks list through the nts.live sign-in you already have in Chrome. It never asks for your NTS password. • It looks up each new track on Spotify and adds the matches to your playlist, skipping tracks that are already there. • Tracks it can't find are listed in the toolbar popup, each with a link to search Spotify yourself. • A first sync of a big library fills in over a few days: each sync looks up about 140 new tracks, to stay well inside Spotify's limits. WHAT YOU NEED • An NTS account, signed in on nts.live in this Chrome profile. • Your own free Spotify developer app. The setup page walks you through it in about ten minutes: create the app, paste one redirect address, copy the Client ID back. • Spotify Premium on the account that owns that developer app (Spotify's rule for developer apps, not ours). PRIVACY • Everything runs in your browser. The extension talks only to nts.live and Spotify, on your behalf. • Nothing is sent to the developer. No analytics, no tracking, no error reporting. • Your Spotify sign-in is stored encrypted on your computer. Spotify never sends the extension your email, and it never sees your Spotify or NTS password. • Disconnect on the setup page, or removing the extension, deletes the Spotify sign-in from the browser.
