Overview

AI-powered assignment solver for NPTEL courses using Gemini

NPTEL MOOC Assignment Solver uses Google's Gemini AI to automatically extract, analyze, and solve assignment questions on NPTEL and similar MOOC platforms. How it works: 1. Navigate to an NPTEL/ MOOC assignment page 2. Open the extension side panel 3. Click "Solve Assignment" The extension reads the assignment HTML, captures page screenshots, and sends them to Google's Gemini API (using your own API key) to identify questions and generate answers. Results are displayed in the side panel with AI reasoning and confidence levels. Answers can be auto-filled into the form. Features: - Supports single-choice, multiple-choice, and fill-in-the-blank questions - Full-page screenshot capture for image-based questions - Configurable Gemini model selection - All data stays on your device — no backend server Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): You must provide your own Google Gemini API key. The key is stored locally in your browser and is only used to call Google's Gemini API directly.
