UOD Leads Extension helps UOD Platform users stay informed when their Yacla.com or Yaci leads are delivered to their account. Keep new leads within reach while working in your browser. View recent deliveries from the extension and open a lead in UOD Platform to follow up. FEATURES • Receive sound and visual alerts for new leads, according to your preferences. • View your 12 latest leads directly in the extension. • Open a lead on the platform to view its details and continue processing it. • Customize sound, quiet hours and the types of leads that trigger alerts. • Turn the small alert window on or off in settings. It is enabled by default for new installations. • Use the extension in English or French. A VIEW THAT MATCHES YOUR ACCOUNT Lead access follows your account permissions. Sales representatives see their assigned leads and their team’s unassigned leads within their authorized scope. Managers retain the visibility allowed by their platform permissions. GET STARTED 1. Install UOD Leads Extension and pin its icon in your browser. 2. Sign in to your UOD Platform account at https://platform.yacla.com/ and link the extension. 3. Test your alerts and choose your preferences. A UOD Platform account is required. The extension helps you keep track of delivered leads; lead purchases and processing take place on the platform. Keep your browser open to receive alerts. When instant delivery is unavailable, the extension checks for new deliveries every minute, so alerts may be delayed.
