Overview
Manage and connect to custom proxy servers with a slick modern interface.
Switch proxies in one click — from Chrome's side panel, with live exit-IP and location so you always know where your traffic leaves. NovaProxy Proxy Manager is built for people who change proxies all day: QA engineers testing geo-restricted features, web developers, researchers, sneaker and ticketing power users — anyone juggling more than two endpoints. Save your proxies once. After that, connecting, disconnecting, or jumping between them is a single click in the side panel. Every connection is monitored, recovers automatically when a tunnel drops, and shows you in real time exactly where you exit. KEY FEATURES • One-click switching — connect, disconnect, or hop between saved proxies without leaving the side panel. • HTTP and HTTPS proxies — any standard endpoint works. • Authentication built in — username/password proxies just work through Chrome's native auth flow. No prompts, no re-typing. • Auto-reconnect — when a tunnel fails, the extension notices and re-establishes the connection on its own. • Live geo-IP — country flag, city, ISP, and the exit IP of your active proxy, updated as you switch. • Per-site bypass rules — keep banking, work apps, and localhost direct while everything else routes through the proxy. Wildcards supported (*.example.com, 192.168.1.*). • One-tap "Bypass this site" — add the page you're on to the bypass list straight from the side panel. • On-page status badge (optional) — a small indicator on every tab reads PROXY, BYPASS, DIRECT, or ERROR, so your routing state is never a mystery. • Bulk import & export — bring your whole list in as TXT, CSV, or JSON, and take it back out the same way. Drag-and-drop reordering, URL-format paste supported. • Keep-alive monitoring — periodic health checks confirm your proxy is still reachable before you find out the hard way. • Glanceable toolbar icon — green while connected, red on errors. PRIVACY Everything is stored locally in your browser. Your proxy list, credentials, bypass rules, and settings never leave your device. The extension itself makes exactly one kind of outbound request: a public IP lookup (ip-api.com) to show the country and city of your active proxy. No analytics, no tracking, no accounts. PERMISSIONS — WHY WE ASK • Host access to all sites — so any URL you visit can be routed through the proxy you chose. • proxy — applies your connection settings to Chrome. • webRequest — used solely to answer proxy authentication challenges. • storage — saves your proxy list, bypass rules, and preferences locally. • tabs — detects the active tab so the side panel can offer "Bypass this site" for the current host. • alarms — schedules the periodic keep-alive check. • sidePanel — powers the main UI.
