Nottie: tab notes

Nottie is a lightweight Chrome extension for keeping notes tied to the exact page or local file you are viewing. Open the popup, write a note for the current URL, and Nottie restores it the next time you come back to that same address. Notes are stored locally in your Chrome profile, with no account, sync server, or analytics. The full library makes it easy to search, filter, pin, tag, and manage everything you saved. You can keep notes separate by exact URL, work with `file://` pages when Chrome file URL access is enabled, add attachments, save reusable library views, and export or import backups as JSON or ZIP files. Nottie is built for quick reminders, research snippets, page-specific TODOs, and local document notes without sending your data anywhere.
