Show a custom watermark on pages of configured domains

Notice! is a browser extension that displays custom watermarks on the websites you choose. Create per-domain watermark rules — pick a domain, write your text, and the watermark appears the moment you open a matching page. Each rule can be toggled individually and fully customized: text, color, opacity, rotation angle, and tiling density, keeping the watermark clearly readable on both light and dark sites. Rendered with an ink-style blend mode, the watermark merges naturally into the page — visible at a glance, yet it never covers text or blocks clicks, scrolling, or any interaction. Changes apply instantly without refreshing, and single-page app navigation is followed automatically. Why install it: mark internal tools and staging environments so you never confuse them with production; stamp confidential pages so screenshots carry a visible, traceable reminder; or add a subtle visual cue to any site that needs one. The interface is bilingual (English and 中文) with a manual language switch. All settings are stored locally in your browser — no network requests, no data collection.
