NoteyDoc – Clinical Documentation Assistant
Overview
An on-page drafting assistant that helps clinicians create structured visit notes within their existing EMR workflows.
NoteyDoc – Clinical Documentation Assistant NoteyDoc is an on-page documentation assistant that helps rehabilitation clinicians quickly draft clear, structured therapy note text directly inside their existing EMR. It is designed to reduce repetitive typing, improve consistency, and save time, without changing your workflow or requiring a new system. NoteyDoc runs only when you activate it. The overlay appears after clicking the NoteyDoc extension icon, allowing you to type brief visit details, generate a structured SOAP note, and insert the text into the appropriate EMR fields with a single click. NoteyDoc does not automatically read, scan, or collect page content. All drafting is based solely on the text you choose to enter.
