After clicking the NoteyDoc extension icon, an on-page overlay appears where you can enter brief visit details, generate a structured SOAP note, and insert the drafted text into your EMR fields with a single click. NoteyDoc does not automatically collect or transmit page content. Drafting is based solely on text you manually enter into the NoteyDoc overlay.
