Overview
An on-page drafting assistant that helps clinicians create structured visit notes within their existing EMR workflows.
NoteyDoc – Clinical Documentation Assistant About Chrome’s permission wording Chrome uses this wording because NoteyDoc detects when an EMR page reloads in order to restore your session. NoteyDoc does not log, store, or transmit browsing history. NoteyDoc is an on-page documentation assistant designed to help rehabilitation clinicians quickly draft clear, structured therapy note text directly within their existing EMR. It reduces repetitive typing, improves consistency, and saves time, without changing workflows or requiring a new system. NoteyDoc runs only when you activate it. After clicking the NoteyDoc extension icon, an on-page overlay appears where you can enter brief visit details, generate a structured SOAP note, and insert the drafted text into your EMR fields with a single click. NoteyDoc does not automatically collect or transmit page content. Drafting is based solely on text you manually enter into the NoteyDoc overlay.
