Overview

Unofficial, not affiliated with Happy Scribe. Sends the notetaker into the meeting in your current tab. Uses your own key.

Unofficial extension. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Happy Scribe. HappyScribe joins scheduled meetings on its own once you connect a calendar. For the ad-hoc call — the one that starts because someone dropped a link in chat — there is no calendar event, so you have to leave the call, open the HappyScribe web app, paste the link, and dispatch the bot by hand. This removes that detour. You are already in the call: press the shortcut. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the options page and paste your own HappyScribe API key. 2. The extension verifies it and lists the organizations that key can act for, so you pick one by name. 3. In any Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams tab, press Ctrl+Shift+H (Cmd+Shift+H on Mac) or click the toolbar icon. The notetaker is dispatched to that meeting immediately. The toolbar badge reports what happened, and failures show the reason the API gave. YOU NEED YOUR OWN HAPPYSCRIBE ACCOUNT This extension is a client for the public HappyScribe API. It ships no credential of its own and it will not work without a HappyScribe account with API access. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO - No analytics, no telemetry, no tracking. - No server operated by this extension. Your key goes from your browser to happyscribe.com and nowhere else. - No access to page content. It reads the address of the tab you invoke it on, nothing more.
