Your notes and to-dos from every workspace, one click away: jot a note, edit it, and check off to-dos without opening a tab.

Notes keeps your Connections notes and to-dos on your toolbar so a thought is captured before it is gone. Open the popup and jot a note, edit it wherever it lives, or tick off a to-do without opening the Notes web app. A right-click menu saves the page you are on, or the words you select, straight into a note. When a to-do is added, a quiet desktop alert tells you and lets you mark it done in one click. The toolbar badge counts the to-dos due today or overdue, so your day stays in view. You can also let Connections AI draft a note from a short prompt. Notes works with a free Connections account, which it signs in to through its own secure window. All your notes, to-dos and workspace choices stay in your account and are available on every device.
