NotePace - Clinical Workflow Assistant

Clinician-guided documentation workflow with voice shortcuts, note-completion scans, and optional Secure End-of-Day.

NotePace is a clinician-guided browser workflow assistant for compatible Sunoh and eClinicalWorks pages. It helps an authorized clinician activate a defined documentation workflow while keeping the clinician in control of review and completion. Core functions: • Opens the supported Sunoh summary workflow and selects the configured sections. • Shows available Sunoh assessments preselected so the clinician can uncheck diagnoses before PLAN + FINISH. Unchecked assessments and their linked Plan actions are skipped. • Processes eligible “Move to Dx” controls one at a time with duplicate-click protection and a safety limit. • Activates Generate Notes, closes the Sunoh summary, opens Next Appointment, and activates Done. • Detects the confirmed eCW “Please select Primary Code” warning and offers Retry Done after the clinician corrects the required field. • Resets workflow guidance when the clinician navigates to another chart. • Offers note-completion scans, clinician-started note locking, and an optional Secure End-of-Day workflow. • Stores local, PHI-free performance diagnostics and an estimated clicks-saved counter. Privacy and control: NotePace processes limited page structure, control labels, and a chart indicator locally in Chrome. Patient names, diagnosis text, note content, and diagnostic records are not automatically uploaded to the developer or an external server. Optional account sign-in and completion-history sync communicate with the protected NotePace service; synced history contains dates, aggregate completion counts, scan times, and end-of-day status, not patient note content. The extension contains no advertising, analytics service, tracking technology, or remote executable code. Clinical disclaimer: NotePace is a workflow aid—not a medical device, diagnostic system, clinical decision-support system, or substitute for professional judgment. The clinician must review and verify all chart content, diagnoses, follow-up selections, and successful completion. The clinician controls which Sunoh assessments are accepted. NotePace does not independently determine diagnoses or treatment, or bypass EHR warnings. Compatibility and affiliation: NotePace is designed for a specifically supported authenticated eCW/Sunoh web environment. Compatibility is not guaranteed for other configurations.
