Where are the notes?

I am very interested in using your app but I need to know where the notes are saved?

I tried to sync the extension and lost all my information.

I went to sync my bookmarks and extensions on a different computer. Although the actual extension did sync, but 1 year of information did not. I tried to save my info every other week but I was using it for many different things. I love the extension. Do you know if there is a way that I can get the info back? I did not have this problem with any of the other extensions.
