Why NoteFlow The official Notion clipper is limited. It does not support tags, highlights, or summaries. Copy–pasting content breaks your workflow and loses context. Important snippets often get buried in tabs and bookmarks. NoteFlow fixes this with a lightweight extension designed for speed and flexibility. Core Features -Clip full pages or selected text into Notion with one click -Add tags and notes instantly before saving -Auto-save context: URL, page title, and timestamp are captured automatically -Optional AI summaries: generate a condensed version of what you saved -Context menu shortcut: right-click any selection and save directly -Customizable database: pick the exact Notion database where your clips are stored Setup Requirements NoteFlow saves content into a Notion database you control. To use it, create a database in Notion with the following properties: Title (Title type) Content (Rich text) URL (URL type) Source Title (Rich text) Tags (Multi-select) Saved At (Date) Summary (Rich text) Once your database is ready, connect NoteFlow to it through the extension popup. How it Works Install NoteFlow and sign in with your Notion account Choose the database where your clips will be saved Highlight text or open the popup, add tags and options, then save Access everything inside your Notion workspace, fully searchable and organized Privacy Notion access tokens are stored locally in Chrome storage No data is sold, shared, or transmitted to third parties AI summaries are optional. If enabled, only the selected text is sent to the AI provider Development Status NoteFlow is under active development and new features are added regularly.
