NoteFlow – Sidebar Notes & Checklists

NoteFlow puts your notes in the browser's side panel, next to the page you're reading, so you can jot something down without switching tabs or apps. Write and organize • Format text with bold, italic, underline, strikethrough and bullet lists • Make checklists you can tick off • Group notes into folders, pin the important ones, and search across everything • See word counts and when each note was last edited Capture and share • Select text on any web page, right-click, and save it to a note • Copy a whole note with one tap • Export one note or all of them as Markdown or JSON, and import them back • Open the panel from anywhere with Alt+Shift+N Sync and privacy Notes are stored in your browser on your device. If you turn on the optional sync, they travel through your browser's own account sync, not through a NoteFlow account or server. Browser sync has a size limit of roughly 100 KB. There is no sign-up, no analytics and no ads, and NoteFlow works offline. Optional page linking remembers which page each note was written on, so you can filter notes by the site you're on. It is off by default and asks for its own permission before it does anything. Uninstalling the extension removes your local notes, so export a backup first if you want to keep them.
