KastorFlow is a Chrome extension for NotebookLM, which Google now also calls Gemini Notebook. Bring your reading, videos and AI conversations into one research workflow, organize the growing collection and check the material behind your answers. A useful idea might begin in a saved chat, a lecture or an article. Bring those pieces together in NotebookLM, find them when you need them, and keep the collection organized around your project. Your notebooks remain in your own account. KastorFlow keeps a working copy in your browser for managing your library, with the data handling for AI features and publishing explained below. Bulk import sources into NotebookLM Building a NotebookLM project should not mean pasting a long reading list one link at a time. Bring several links together, upload a CSV file, choose open tabs or add items from an RSS feed. Before a bulk import starts, KastorFlow checks whether the destination has room. That matters when a Gemini Notebook already contains most of the material for your project and only a few source slots remain. Bulk import is a Pro feature; Free includes single-link imports within its allowance. YouTube playlists to NotebookLM Add a YouTube playlist to NotebookLM without copying every video link. KastorFlow can import up to 100 playlist videos, with each video becoming a separate source. On Pro, you can instead merge the playlist into one source. This uses fewer source slots and keeps a sequence of lessons together. You can also bring in a channel's recent uploads or videos found through a search, taking the initial page of results. Search-result videos become individual sources in Gemini Notebook. Keep the slides as well as the words A transcript can miss the diagram a speaker is explaining. KastorFlow captures video frames alongside the transcript in a PDF, so you can bring visual material into NotebookLM too. For a YouTube lecture, that can mean keeping an equation, a chart or the steps shown on screen beside the explanation. Add the capture to Gemini Notebook and return to the original presentation context when reviewing the material. Save AI chats to Gemini Notebook An AI conversation can contain an explanation to keep, a question to investigate or an argument to check. Save the conversation to Gemini Notebook as a source instead of leaving it buried in another app. Once it is saved, the discussion sits alongside the articles and documents you collected. Ask Gemini Notebook to compare the saved idea with that material, or revisit the reasoning before deciding what belongs in your final work. Capture reading while you browse Save a web page, selected text or a supported social post without breaking your reading flow. KastorFlow lets you choose what to keep and where it belongs. Send a useful passage to NotebookLM while the context is still fresh. A longer article can become a full source, while a short selection can preserve the specific point you intend to revisit. You can also capture a page as a PDF when that format suits the material. Use the popup for a quick save or keep the side panel open during a longer collection session. Organize projects with folders and tags As your NotebookLM library grows, notebook titles alone become harder to work with. KastorFlow adds folders, collections and tags so you can organize projects and label sources by topic. Keep related Gemini Notebook projects together, then use tags for themes that cross project boundaries. A source about pricing, for example, can remain in its original research context while carrying a topic label that helps you find it later. On other websites, capture tools read page content when you use them; on supported sites, buttons inspect the page layout to find their place. AI features are off until you allow them. When used, the content needed for the task passes through our servers to our AI and search providers without being stored by us. Published podcast episodes are hosted so listeners can access them. AI requests are sent without your name, email, account ID or IP address attached. The text itself is not anonymized: names or other information inside it travel with the request.
