Note Composer turns the data you already collect during a session into a clean, consistent clinical session note, right from your browser's side panel. WHY INSTALL IT Writing session notes by hand is slow, repetitive and easy to get inconsistent. Note Composer asks you only for the facts of the session (who, when, what happened, how the child responded) and writes the narrative for you, in the style you configure, so you spend your time with clients instead of at the keyboard. WHAT IT DOES • Guided note wizard in four steps: session details, behaviors, replacement programs, and the generated note. • Behaviors: choose the behavior, function, antecedent, the interventions applied and the client's response from lists built from your own history, the child's plan and a catalog of standard examples. • Replacement programs: record trials and results, the activity used, prompt level, reinforcer and whether the response was positive or negative. • Writes the note for you: one clear narrative paragraph that reflects exactly what you selected, without inventing clinical details. • Built-in quality checks: after generating, it flags things such as details that are missing from the text, wording you asked to avoid, or a response that does not match the trial data, so you can fix them before you use the note. • Edit, regenerate, copy or save: adjust the text, regenerate it, copy it into your records or keep it as a draft. Drafts save automatically. • Patients and plans: keep each child's profile, behaviors and replacement programs in one place, and start a note with the right options already loaded. Create plans by hand or extract them from a document. • Note settings per user and per child: control tone and structure, and what the note should or should not mention. • Remembers your wording: the explanations and phrases you write are saved and suggested next time. • Required-field guidance: if something needed is missing, it is highlighted in red so nothing important is forgotten. Saving a draft is always allowed. • Works with OfficePuzzle: it can detect the OfficePuzzle page you are working on and help you bring the finished note across. • Dates in the familiar mm/dd/yyyy format, with a built-in calendar picker. • Available in English and Spanish.
