Notes won stay where I put them

I have used Note board for years, and I find it very useful, except for one thing. There seems to be no way to have the notes stay where I put them. Every time I go to a board, the notes have moved. I have put them back into the right position (Up for more important and Left for more urgent). Automatic sorting is no help. It looks nice and, but that is also not where I want the notes to be. I have recommended Note Board to many people who are now Premium users, but if I could find an alternative to Note Board, where the notes stay where I put them, I would use it and I would stop recommending Note Board. If you could fix this irritating probably, or suggest a solution it would be an ENORMOUS improvement to your otherwise fine application.

IMPORTANT QUESTIONS!

1. I just purchased the Premium plan. I request info on how to get started and how to get FULL video or written instructions? No one has replied.
2. How do you customize your dashboard with your own picture, etc?
3. Upon reviewing the app in the Google Playstore I see that this app has not been updated since 2019!
4. I'm a bit concerned because when reading the reviews and questions from other subscribers, you never seem to respond to them with ANSWERS.

Lost all my notes

I had used the notes to for my walk in new clients. Had no problems until yesterday I woke up and they were gone. Very Upset.
