The NOTATION™ extension helps clinicians seamlessly transfer SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) notes generated in NOTATION™ by Fownd into supported Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. This extension is designed to reduce repetitive copy-paste work while ensuring clinicians stay in full control of what is transferred. Data never leaves your browser: all SOAP content is stored locally, cleared automatically after use, and only applied to EMR fields when you choose to paste it.
