Not AI, Thanks helps you avoid YouTube videos that YouTube or their creators explicitly disclose as AI-generated. What it does: - Checks YouTube's official AI label. - Checks explicit creator disclosures in the title and description. - Pre-checks visible videos so results can be covered before you click. - Supports standard videos, dynamic search results, recommendations, and Shorts. - Shows a soft transparent placeholder with the reason. - Lets you reveal a card, watch anyway, or block a channel. Privacy and cost: - Free to use. - No API key or account. - No developer-operated server or analytics. - Settings and classification cache stay in Chrome local storage. - Pre-check requests go only to YouTube's own metadata endpoints through the current YouTube session. Important limitation: The extension does not guess whether a video was made with AI. It blocks only when YouTube displays its official label or the creator explicitly discloses AI use.
