Just select a word in the web page you're reading. Right-click on it and "Get the meaning for" it. Not_A_Translator will inject an inline tooltip with the meaning of the word in its native language. it also converts time and metrics. Why ? Because it may be better to get a definition for a word in its own language than a translation to learn this language and because it doesn't break the process of reading an article, as getting on another page to translate a word would do. Anyway you can translate also. Known limitation : It is not always working because of the design of some websites (javascripts, iframes can alter the tooltip creation) but as a simple refresh reverts it back, it is worth a try ! and we have developed a console mode now in latter version !
