Used to be Chrome extension was easily opened. Now it's a struggle to get it to launch every time. No idea what changed but it's becoming more and more frustrating

I've been using Norton for decades and don't see continuing after this last fiasco. I can't even get the vault sign in to come up. I've been forced to add Norton to the list of tech companies that have outlived their usefulness, like Microsoft. F Windows 11. Blocking anything from Ukraine as they fight for their survival against an aggressive invader is another strike against them. Did you block russia and the rest of putin's allies as well? Yeah, I thought not.

I love this extension...when it works. Password Manager did its job for months, years, then all of a sudden it stopped working, as if it was never there. I had to call to get it reinstalled and it worked for a short time and now its not working at all, again. Every time this happens I have to call to get it reinstalled. This should not be the case and it needs to get fixed.

Such a PIA to use. Doesnt work half the time. Im on a private computer , just turn the damn thing on and leave it alone. Im tired of chasing my tail with logins. this thing would be great,,,, IF IT WORKED.!!!!!!! I have used Norton products since the days of Win 95 but recently I am seriously thinking of divorce.

Just got an update. Horrible with no pertinent heads up or appropriate help. Sometimes I get in and other times I do not. It is inconsistent and terrible. This is the second time an update has occurred which caused more trouble that it was worth.

This stupid new move by Norton the Elephant has laid a large defecation on its users. Round and round I have gone trying to get it to work, Norton's chatbot is useless. Finally had to use the edge browser instead of the chrome private browser to get anything done. I am definitely looking for an alternative to this colossal waste of my time. Some of us actually have work to do and bosses who expect it to get done on time.

I'm really struggling with this post update. Premium pricing demands premium levels of service. I'm considering finding another security package and dropping Norton completely after many years. Come on, Norton, pull the release today and test it properly - including putting out a beta test version so that users can give you feedback.

It used to work great and was excellent For the last 3-5 weeks, it has times out, doesn't work, or won't accept the password, so you have to restart. Fix it, Norton!

No longer can access my passwords. I pay a hefty 360 subscription. Not happy!
