Overview
Save the invoice on any page straight into your Norman bookkeeping, matched to the right bank transaction.
Every expense needs its receipt, or the VAT is not deductible. The problem is that more and more invoices are never emailed to you. Cloud platforms, ad networks, telcos, rail operators and most SaaS providers just say "your invoice is ready" and leave it behind a login. Your inbox rules cannot reach those. Your camera cannot. Your bank feed cannot. Norman can, because it runs in the browser where you are already signed in. - Open the invoice, press Alt+Shift+N — Norman reads it and attaches it to the matching bank transaction. - The number on the toolbar icon tells you when the page you are on holds an invoice worth saving. - Real data, not guesswork: Norman reads embedded ZUGFeRD and Factur-X, so amounts and VAT match the original exactly. - Fills your company details into supplier checkouts and spells out the reverse-charge consequences — including the case where a Kleinunternehmer loses money by giving out a USt-IdNr. - Optionally collects invoices from suppliers you choose, once a week, in the background. Your supplier passwords are never shared. Services that fetch invoices on a server need your logins; Norman works inside your own browser session, and nothing leaves it except the invoice you chose to save.
