noReels

Hide Reels, Instagram and Facebook Stories, Shorts, TikTok feeds and Snapchat Spotlight. Choose your platforms with one click.

Keep the feed. Skip the reels. noReels hides short-video feeds and story trays on supported social websites. Choose the platforms you want to filter using a small popup with five logo toggles and one master switch. WHAT IT HIDES • Instagram: Reels and Stories, including the top Stories tray. • Facebook: Reels and Stories, including the top Stories tray. • YouTube: Shorts shelves, cards, navigation and dedicated Shorts pages. • TikTok: video feeds, dedicated video pages and recognized video cards. • Snapchat: Spotlight links, recognized cards and dedicated Spotlight pages. YOUR CHOICE, IN ONE CLICK Purple means hiding is on. Switch a platform off to restore its content immediately. Use the master switch to pause all filtering while keeping your platform choices. The popup follows your system’s light or dark appearance. Direct links to filtered pages show a simple blocked screen with a way back. Hidden players are paused. Ordinary posts, long-form YouTube videos and messaging are outside the filter. LOCAL BY DESIGN noReels checks the current page’s address and structure locally to recognize content to hide. It saves only your platform choices and master-switch setting in Chrome’s local extension storage. It does not send your page content, browsing activity or settings to the developer or any third party. No analytics, ads or extra account required. PERMISSIONS Storage remembers your settings. Access to the five supported domains allows noReels to hide matching page elements and pause hidden media. All extension code is included in the installation package. Works on the supported websites in desktop Chrome, not inside mobile apps. Social websites change frequently; some layouts or unrecognized content may remain visible. Platform sign-in requirements still apply. noReels is an independent extension and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Snapchat.
