I am generally happy using NordPass but I find it annoying that it logs itself out whilst I'm on my device (laptop or desktop) very frequently. This applies to the desktop app and to the chrome extension. I am happy to log in once in a while but it logs itself out very frequently.

App is glitchy. In the NordPass settings, I set it to NEVER make me enter the master password to sign in because my PC is only at my house - non-public access. Yet it forces me log to log in all the NordPass app all the time! Almost makes the app useless. If NordPass forces you to sign in to their app, then why use a Password manager in the first place? So frustrating and user unfriendly. Wish I would have never signed up. :(

keeps telling me app version is too old and no option to update. now I cannot login to the website since nordpass has the logins/passwords. what a waste, make sure you have a backup of your passwords and don't rely 100% on this app.

Browser plugin keeps breaking for me. Constantly gives me Unexpected Application Errors (while being logged in on the desktop app)

I used Nordpass free version for a couple years and have absolutely loved it. Recently they had an offer that was very reasonable for 2 years with an extra 6 months for free. At that time I figured I should sign up for the paid subscription version for the extra benefits and also mainly because the support I had received for the free version was so amazing. This is the lightweight NordPass extension version that works somewhat. Unfortunately, NP is going to deprecate this one and only use their other 'stand-alone' app version of the extension, which is extremely buggy and just worthless. They tried to force that stand-alone version on us users in March 2023 but then they had to revert back to this one because nothing worked. Windows 11: Updates the app and plugin, then repeatedly tells you to update even though you already did. Plugin can not tell edge from chrome. Plugin sort of works with browsers.... but frequently doesn't so you have to uninstall and reinstall. Nord Company will also make you confirm you are a subscriber periodically so your nordpass master pw is not enough. The company will also crash your Nord VPN periodically to make sure you are paid up. BitDefender does none of this.

I also find the system buggy. Often it works exactly as it should but almost as often i have to manually go into the app to copy login info. It also has one particular login correct in the app and yet ever time i use it i have to adjust the password manually. So ultimately, very uneven

I really like the desktop and chrome extension, but you want me to update the extension and I cannot. It is telling me it is blocked by my organization. I am not under any organization and have even suspended my virus controls for 5 mins to reinstall new extension to no avail. What could you possibly need that my virus controls are stopping you?? Makes me really wonder...

I find even after 3-4 years of use that it is extremely buggy to the extent that my wife who is as non-tech as you can get has to come to me too often to resolve some problem in its operation. It would be great if it weren't for these nagging small issues.
