Phone Number Not Connecting

When I attempt to make a call through a web based site, I get the following message. Is there a setting I'm missing?

Configured "SpectrumVoIP Server" (https://my.spectrumvoip.com/api/soap/) is incorrect

CALL LOG

When I use click to call my phone does not keep a log of the calls as if i were dialing them outbound, instead it shows my number as incoming. how do i see my clicked log on my phone?

Phone number recognition

Doesn't read all phone numbers. constantly have to be refreshing the page. Compared to other similar extensions this one is low quality.

More Dynamic.

I cant seem to call unless I do a refresh click2call. Is there anyway to recognize phone numbers on pages without having to refresh?
