Sweep, save, and search your open browser tabs — local-first, syncs when signed in.

Close tabs without fear. You keep 40, 80, 200 tabs open because each one is something you meant to get back to — and closing them feels like losing them. Nomad Tabs breaks that trade-off. One click sweeps every tab in the window into a vault that's saved, searchable, and always one search away. Your window goes quiet, your laptop gets its memory back, and nothing is lost. ━ WHAT IT DOES ━ • Sweep a window — Save and close every tab in the current window in one click. Tab groups, pinned state, and order are preserved so a session can be restored the way you left it. (Pinned tabs stay open.) • Snapshot without closing — Prefer to keep working? "Snapshot" saves your tabs but leaves them open. You can also snapshot a single tab from the right-click menu. • Find it by what was written on it — Search your whole vault by page title, URL, or the actual text that was on the page — in any language. • One vault, every Chromium browser — Works in Chrome, Edge, Yandex, and Comet. Sign in and your vault syncs across all of them, and it spots the same page open in two browsers so you can close the duplicate. • Kill duplicates — See duplicate tabs across your open windows (and, when signed in, across your other browsers and devices) and close the extras in one action. • Stays out of your way — A toolbar badge shows your tab count and any duplicates; a right-click menu gives you Sweep, Snapshot, "Search vault for this site," and a one-hour Pause. Per-site "Never capture content here" lets you exclude any site from text capture entirely. ━ LOCAL-FIRST BY DESIGN ━ No account required. Install it and start sweeping — everything is saved locally on your device and is fully searchable offline. You only create an account if you want to sync across browsers and devices, and signing in is a passwordless email link — no password to remember or leak. ━ PRIVACY ━ • We do not sell or rent your data. Ever. • By default, your tabs never leave your device. • Page text is only captured on an action you take (a sweep or snapshot), never in the background on every page, and only after you grant page-access permission — which we ask for the first time it's needed, with a plain-language explanation. Without it, Nomad Tabs still saves the tab's title and URL. • When you sign in to sync, your data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and is encrypted at rest on our servers, protected by per-account access controls. • Export everything or delete your account and all its data at any time, from the app. • No ads.
