TableSnap – Copy Web Tables to CSV
Overview
Select a visible web table and export clean data to CSV, TSV, JSON, or Markdown.
Select a visible web table and copy clean data to Excel-compatible TSV, or download CSV, JSON, and Markdown files. FEATURES • Detects standard HTML tables anywhere on the current page, including below the viewport and after dynamic row loading • Lets you choose a table and include only the columns you need • Cleans extra spaces and line breaks before export • Removes empty columns and expands common row and column spans • Detects header rows and shows row and column counts • Previews the cleaned data before you copy or download it • Uses the webpage title for downloaded filenames • Includes light and dark themes HOW TO USE 1. Open a webpage containing a regular HTML table. 2. Click the TableSnap toolbar button. 3. Choose a table, uncheck columns you do not need, and review the preview. 4. Choose CSV, TSV, JSON, or Markdown. 5. Copy the result or download a file. PRIVACY TableSnap processes selected table content in your browser. It does not collect personal data, use analytics, create accounts, or send table data to a server. Only your theme and format preference are stored locally. PERMISSIONS • Read and change data on the current page — used only after you invoke TableSnap so it can detect visible HTML tables for your export. • Scripting — used to inspect the current page and prepare the table preview after your click. • Storage — used only to remember the theme and preferred export format locally.
