T.C. Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı, Sürekli Emisyon İzleme Sistemi üzerinden herhangi bir alarm alınamaması sebebi ile bu eklenti oluşturulmuştur. Eklenti sayesinde NO2 Konvertör Alarmı geldiğinde sesli uyarı oluşturulmaktadır. Benim tarafımdan daha önce "Veri Gönderme Kontrol" eklentisi oluşturulmuştur. Bu eklentiye ihtiyaç duyulmasının sebebi NO2 Konvertör Alarmı oluşması halinde veriler "Geçersiz Veri" durumuna düşmemektedir. Bunun sonucunda veri kaybı oluşmamaktadır. Ancak NO2 Konvertör Alarmı oluştuğunda Konvertördeki arızanın tespit edilip, giderilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu eklenti bu konu üzerinde çalışmaktadır.. Sesli uyarı sonucu problem fark edilip gerekli aksiyonların en kısa sürede alınmasının sağlanması amaçlanmaktadır. Her 17 dakikada 1 sayfa yenilenmekte ve verilerin gidip gitmediği kontrol edilmektedir. Burada 17 dakika belirlenmesinin sebebi "Veri Gönderme Kontrol" eklentisinin 15 dakikada bir yenilemesi sonucu çakışmayı önlemektir.
