Hide thumbnails for selected games on Twitch to help avoid spoilers

Oh no... you were scrolling on Twitch and before you even realised what happened, you'd seen a thumbnail revealing a new Elden Ring DLC boss! Spoilered!! Don't let it happen again. If you install No Spoilers Twitch and add "ELDEN RING" in to the settings, now all the Elden Ring stream thumbnails are blurred until you hover, protecting you from further accidental spoilers. I gotchu!
