If for some reason you delete a file from your downloads folder, this extension won't take that into account and will still say "this file has already been downloaded", even though it hasn't.

Doesn't work at all.

It only pauses download

it did recognize when i already had that file downloaded but it didnt stop it from downloading again. so essentially useless

Thanks, this helps a lot. But can you add a third option of just not downloading it without opening the file?

This no longer works. At all. It does nothing.

its fulfilling the purpose from the extension, but can anybody show me how to detect if the same files have been downloaded but downloaded from the different web/source without check them one by one?
