WHAT IT DOES • Hides the Gemini side-panel button (the sparkle icon and its "new" badge) in the top bar. • Hides the "Help me write" AI button in the compose and reply windows. • Hides other Gemini-in-Gmail entry points where Google surfaces them. WHY INSTALL IT • You write your own emails and don't want AI prompts in the way. • You want a calmer, less cluttered Gmail without AI features pushed at you. • You'd rather not have Gemini wedged into your inbox. EASY ON/OFF • One click in the toolbar toggles it. Turn it off any time to see Gmail exactly as normal — the change reverts instantly, no page reload needed. PRIVACY • 100% local. This extension does not collect, transmit, or store any of your data, anywhere. The single "storage" permission only remembers your on/off choice on your own device. It never reads your emails.
