Perfect way to get better at chess if you already know how to play, but there's a few downfalls: 1. I came to a situation where I had to use my King to take a queen and the computer would not let me even though if I did it I would not be taken myself. 2. there was a problem when I jumped my pawn on its first move 2 squares because there was a pawn about to take mine and it still took me and landed in the spot from where I originally jumped from.

great app with realistic ratings - the computer is brutal on higher settings. There is a cool database where you can see famous games and there is always the take back button if you make a mistake.

Computer is extremely difficult at the lowest setting. Im new to chess and this is definitely not a game where you can learn to play and get better.

the computer opponent is very difficult. i know im not the best but i lost in 50 seconds at the lowest level. the camera kept zooming in on to board so i had to keep closing and re opening the game. do not download

ok i can accept that i'm bad at chess but gdi i'm not checkmate after 7 seconds on easiest difficulty bad.
