WeBrowse breaks other website styles

WeBrowse injects a <style> tag on every website even when you aren't using it and that style contains a lot of generically named CSS variables which override any website using variables of the same name. An extension should NOT inject styles on websites when it is not being used, and I am removing it now because it was breaking websites I use a lot.
