Push a contact list from NGP VAN into your CallSheet account.

CallSheet turns an NGP VAN list into a ready-to-call fundraising list in one click. If you run call time, you know the routine: export a list from VAN, clean up the file, import it somewhere else, and hope the numbers are still good. This extension removes that step entirely. Open your list in NGP VAN, EveryAction, or VoteBuilder and click "Push to CallSheet." The contacts on the page are sent straight to your CallSheet account, where they arrive ready for research or for call time. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a list on your My List page. 2. Click "Push to CallSheet" in the toolbar. 3. Choose where it lands — enrichment, to build donor research first, or call time to start dialing right away. 4. Your list opens in CallSheet in a new tab. WHAT GETS SENT Only three things: the VAN IDs of the contacts on the page, the name you give the list, and where you want it to land. Donor names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses are never read from the page. CallSheet retrieves those from your own connected VAN account using credentials you have already authorized. The extension stores nothing on your computer and sends nothing to any third party. It communicates only with CallSheet. REQUIREMENTS A CallSheet account, and a VAN or EveryAction login with API access configured in CallSheet.
