Overview

Securely links your WhatsApp to your CRM account after you log in to WhatsApp Web.

WA Connect Helper lets customers connect their own WhatsApp account to their dashboard. After you log in to WhatsApp Web yourself in the normal way, this extension reads your WhatsApp Web session from your browser and securely transfers it to your CRM account so the platform can send and receive messages on your behalf — a capability you have authorized as a customer. How it works: 1. From your account page, click "Connect with extension." 2. The extension opens WhatsApp Web in a new tab. 3. You log in normally, using your phone (scan the code and complete any steps your phone shows). The extension only works when you manually authorise the login on this step, nothing happens without your explicit consent. 4. Once you're logged in, the extension transfers your session to your CRM account and confirms the connection. The extension acts only on your explicit action, only on web.whatsapp.com, and only communicates with the CRM domains you've configured. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. "WhatsApp" and "WhatsApp Web" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe compatibility.
