Better Challonge Results

Improves the results on Challonge bracket pages

[Source Code](https://github.com/kleutzinger/better-challonge) Replaces the results on challonge.com brackets with a more informative table. Features: -Shows every player's wins and losses -Hover over wins and losses to show game counts -Hover over participants to see their seed v. 0.0.2 -Fixed RR/Swiss Brackets -Upsets are italicized v. 0.0.3 -Fixed tournaments with descriptions v. 0.0.4 -Don't overwrite bottom table on swiss/RR brackets v. 0.0.5 -Fixed for players with weird characters in name (like &) v. 0.0.6 -Added export results thread button v. 0.0.7 -Reverted results to ordinal numbers v. 0.0.8 -Fixed NaN players and ? in tournament urls v. 0.0.9 -Challonge updated itself, this extension only supports double elimination brackets right now
