Seems it doesn't work now. I think you should change to the SAP new support portal.

You need to change to the new SAP Portal called SAP ME https://me.sap.com/notes/######

Very useful. Save me a lot of time of constantly typing the same url, with a different note ID. Love it. Works like a charm.

Please add the option to open several notes in one go, distributing them in several chrome tabs.
