JobPilot — AI Apply Assistant
Overview
Drafts and fills job applications in your own logged-in browser session. You review and submit — it never auto-submits.
JobPilot is an AI apply assistant that drafts and fills job applications directly in your own logged-in browser session. You always review and click Submit yourself — it never auto-submits. Works on Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and LinkedIn Jobs. JobPilot reads the application form on the page and fills your name, email, phone, links, location, and any screening answers you have saved before — instantly, with no stored ATS passwords. Two ways to apply: • Autofill from your profile — deterministic and instant, with no AI cost. Fills standard fields and your reusable screening answers. • Prepare with AI agent — drafts thoughtful answers to open-ended questions for you to review and edit before submitting. Privacy first: • No ATS or LinkedIn passwords are ever stored. JobPilot uses your existing logged-in session in the current tab. • Your API token is stored locally in the browser and is sent only to your own JobPilot backend. • The extension only fills fields and shows a review banner — it never clicks Submit for you. Connect JobPilot to your account at jobpilotai.space to sync your profile, resume, and saved answers, then apply faster across every supported job board.
