Frameport is a fast, no-nonsense screenshot and screen-resizing tool for web designers, front-end developers and QA. Take a screenshot of any web page - the full page top to bottom, a region you draw, or just what's on screen - at exactly the resolution you want. Resize any tab to any size to see how a site responds. No account, no watermark, and nothing ever leaves your computer. WHY FRAMEPORT • Exact sizes. Ask for 1280×800 and get a 1280×800 file - 1×, no scrollbars, without moving your window. • Full page done right. Handles lazy-loaded images and "app shell" sites where an inner panel scrolls, not the page. • Bigger than your screen. No analytics, no servers, no sign-up. Screenshots go straight to your downloads. The popup has two tabs - Screenshot and Resize page - with the rest tucked into a Settings panel. SCREENSHOT - Pick how much of the page you want, then take one shot: • Just what's on screen - the visible area. Works on the New Tab Page and other internal pages too (it doesn't use the debugger there). • The whole page - top to bottom, joined into one image. Handles lazy-loaded and "app shell" layouts (where an inner panel scrolls, not the document) by scrolling the part that actually scrolls. Capture instantly, scroll & stitch, or scroll it yourself. • A part of the page - click and drag a box around it. - Image size - shoot the current size, or pick a fixed target and get an exact W×H image: 1×, no scrollbars, without touching your window on normal sites. On chrome:// pages the window is resized to fit; if it physically can't reach that shape the image is letterboxed to the exact size - never cropped. - PNG or JPEG with a quality slider. An optional delay (0-15 s) for hover states and animations, right next to the capture button. - Output your way: save the file, save it and copy to the clipboard, or copy only (no file). Optionally show the "Save as" dialog for every shot, or set a filename template with tokens like {host} and {w} {h}. - Every capture comes out at 1× (CSS pixels) - a "1200×800" shot is 1200×800, not 2400×1600 on a Retina screen. Turn that off in Settings if you want native density. RESIZE PAGE - Inside the tab renders the current page at any width and height using the DevTools Protocol - even larger than your physical screen, like DevTools device mode, without moving your window. - Whole window resizes the real browser window instead (the only option on chrome:// pages). - A short flat list of standard sizes (up to 4K / ultrawide), plus your own saved sizes as one-click chips named by device ("Laptop 1280×800"). - One-click rotate (swap width/height). A "Simulate a phone" toggle for touch and a mobile viewport. A badge shows when emulation is active. FRAME IT (OPTIONAL) - Drop the screenshot onto a solid or gradient background with padding, rounded corners and a shadow; or a browser mockup - a title bar with rounded window corners, nothing else. A badge shows when a frame is active. - "Pad to an exact size" scales and centers the screenshot onto a fixed-size canvas (e.g. 1280×800) - ideal for producing store screenshots and promo tiles. - With a browser mockup and an exact Image size, the finished image stays exactly that size, chrome bar included. - Fixed-size shots are resampled once, at high quality, so exported text stays crisp. KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS - Toggle emulation, capture visible, capture full page, capture region. Configurable at chrome://extensions/shortcuts. PRIVACY - No analytics, no tracking, no remote servers. Everything stays on your device. Screenshots are saved only to your downloads (and clipboard, if you choose). Note: while "Inside the tab" resizing is active, Chrome shows its standard "being debugged" banner. This is required to set arbitrary resolutions and take exact captures; it clears when you press "Back to normal".
