House hunting means a dozen tabs across half a dozen portals, and a spreadsheet that goes stale the day after you make it. PropertyPocket puts every property you are considering in one place. Open a listing on any portal, click Save, and it lands in your account with the price, number of rooms, size and address already filled in. Organise them into lists, filter by what you actually care about, and see them all on a map. WHAT IT DOES • Save from any property site. Around forty of the larger portals are recognised by name, across the UK, Europe, North America, the Gulf, South Asia, Australia and East Asia — and listings elsewhere are saved too, wherever the page publishes structured listing data, which most property sites do. • Details are detected, never assumed. Anything the extension is unsure about is flagged, and everything is editable before you save. • Organise into as many lists as you like. A property can sit in two lists at once; removing it from one leaves it in the other. • Filter by price, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, property type and status. • See everything on a map, filtered the same way as the list. • Compare properties side by side. • Add your own notes and a rating to any property. • Re-saving a listing updates the price without touching your notes. • Share a list with whoever you are searching with. They can add to it without paying for anything, and each person's notes and rating stay their own. PRIVACY The extension reads a page when you ask it to, by clicking Scan. On sites you have granted access to, it also checks the page's own listing metadata so the toolbar icon can tell you whether the page is something you could save. It does not track your browsing. It sends nothing about the pages you visit. There is no analytics of any kind. Browsing alone makes no network requests at all — the extension only talks to your own account when you save something, or when you ask whether a page is already saved.
