Fetch Scout
Overview
Find the right people, fast — LinkedIn candidates for any job description, or anyone by name and company.
Fetch Scout brings Fetch's sourcing into a side panel, so recruiters can find candidates and jobs without leaving the page they're on. • Find candidates — paste a job description. AI reads the role, must-have skills and years, then finds matching LinkedIn profiles and scores each one against the job. Only strong matches (75%+) are shown, people open to work first, each with a one-line reason. • Location range — keep candidates within 5 to 100 miles of the job city, with each person's distance shown. • Edit and search again — change the job description, skills or years without retyping; earlier results stay below the new ones. • Find a person — enter a name and a current or past company to get their LinkedIn profile, and copy the link in one click. • Find jobs — search LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter or Monster. Jobs come newest first with posting dates, and show which of your skills they mention. • Download and share — export candidates or jobs as a CSV file or a Word report, or draft an email in Gmail or Outlook. • Save to Fetch — add candidates and jobs to Fetch to track outreach.
