Katapult Pay - Shop Now & Lease-to-Own

Worked great a few times. Now there is always an error. Telling me my payment is late but when I log in it tells me its not due for another 2 weeks. Horrible customer service, after 30 minutes of answering 100 questions it does nothing.

Read the reviews--they are right! POS, worked great one time, now can't use on Amazon OR Walmart.com, customer support is from someone who I cannot understand with rooster crowing in the background who lives in a hut. What a complete joke!

Had great success the first time but now nothing

Not working. I've tried on my phone through the app and through my computer on chrome with the extension. It does not work. I cannot use it at check out. I can't even locate the one-time use card.

NOT WORKING!! Tells me i can use Amazon but tells me to contact customer support but the link dont work! BS!

Tells you that you are approved for a certain amount and anything I try to buy for significantly less I get a error message saying im not approved? This platform is a joke and has issues at every step. Save yourself the time and headache, just keep looking elsewhere.

Extremely buggy, when I first installed the extension, it didn't work at all even for the sites they advertised. I reloaded my browser and then it magically started " working" again. So I did the standard stuff, putting in my info, and got the down payment paid, only for me to get an error message and not give a virtual card, Katapult still took my money. I called customer service and all they could do was cancel my order and give me a refund that would take a WEEK. Stay away from the browser... Show more

I think it's ridiculous that you have check out as a guest on websites where you have an account. Some of us have store rewards and it's lame that we have to skip out on earning rewards just to use Katapult. Also, the extension does not work most of the time.

When I get to the checkout page I get the error "Congrats, Katapult supports www.bestbuy.com to checkout. First Name is not correct! Please make sure you have entered correct Name, Phone number & address. But I figured out what to do. Instead of using my best buy log in I just checked out as guest. Then filled in my name manually and the error went away. So for anyone having this issue this is what worked for me.
