NetStutter is a lightweight network throttling simulator for developers and QA testers. Simulate slow, unstable, and offline network conditions directly in Chrome without affecting other tabs. **One-Click Network Testing** Click the NetStutter toolbar icon to enable network simulation on the current tab. Click again to restore normal network conditions. Each tab is controlled independently. **17 Built-In Network Conditions** Choose from realistic network testing presets: - Mobile: 3G, 4G, and 5G conditions - Wi-Fi: Poor, Public, and Good Wi-Fi - Home Broadband: 10 Mbps to 500 Mbps - Offline: Simulate a disconnected network You can also define custom download speeds, upload speeds, and latency. **Three Simulation Modes** - Continuous: Maintain the selected network condition until disabled. - Random: Simulate temporary slowdowns or disconnections at random intervals. - Interval: Alternate between normal and weak network conditions on a fixed schedule. **Reusable Profiles** Save complete testing configurations that include network conditions, behavior, and timing. Create multiple Profiles using the same network condition with different simulation modes.
