Error message when trying to login

A friend of mine is getting a weird error message when trying to use the plugin. He´s an owner of the Piwik property but can't login through the plugin. Error message saying "Sorry, this site or app can't use this extension yet", followed by various possible reasons. None of them makes sense. Myself have no problems.

Excellent extension, a couple additions would be great:

1. Easy switching between instances.
2. Eliminating the need to fire the activating custom tag
